By creating an account on Waitly, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms. Waitly is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use Waitly.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Waitly (waitlist pages, copy, subscriber lists). You grant Waitly a limited license to host and serve that content for the purpose of operating the service.

Acceptable use

You won't use Waitly to send spam, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Service changes

We may update or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing users.
