What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you create a waitlist project, we store your project details and the email addresses of subscribers who sign up to your list.

How we use it

We use your email to authenticate you, send transactional messages (verification, password reset), and notify you about your account. Subscriber emails are stored on your behalf and are visible only to you and your project's collaborators.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to run Waitly (hosting, email delivery), and only what they need to perform their function.

Your rights

You can download a JSON copy of your data and your subscribers from your account page at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the same page.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). We rate-limit authentication endpoints to prevent abuse.
